A 6-wheeled truck has been reduced to 5 wheels but still drove on across the crowded 30/4 Street in Tay Ninh southern province near Ho Chi Minh City at the speed of 45-50 km/hour.
According to a video clip sent by a reader of Tuoi Tre Newspaper, this ‘handicapped’ truck was not stopped by police.
Local residents said that 30/4 is the most beautiful street in the province but they rarely see any traffic police patrolling the street.
